Pathetic service/attitude

<p>Was at Game Westwood Mall today and wen I asked for assistance from Xoliswa Dubasane, she just ignored me and walked into the isles. I went to complain to manager Indran and he called her over the loud speaker to address the situation and although she was right in front of him in the isle as I pointed her out to him, she even ignored his call. He had to ask another employee to call her. When he asked her about my issue with her she jus ignored him and said that she's busy. If an employee/cashier at that has no respect for the store manager, how is she going to provide the required service to customers. </p> <p>Or should I ask, if a manager has no control over his staff, then he is not capible of the position. Indran needs to grow a back bone. And Xoliswa need lessons in customer service. Overall, Game need to treat their customers with respect cos we pay for the service. </p> <p>I really like to see how this issue of mine is going to be resolved or maybe I should take this to other forms of media </p>
