Pathetic Service at Game stores Alberton and the Glen

On the 10th, i went to Game Alberton were i was looking for an item. I was told that the item is only in big stores which i understood. trouble started when i asked for the lady sitting at service desk to check the stock in other stores. The lady was not interested in me but her other things which i kept my cool about it. She new nothing, i told her i that i need Trade route mall or the Glen, then she asks me for the store code??? was i supposed to know this???

She then called the Glen Game Store, and gave me the phone as she was busy with her internal colleagues who were more important than me. The most important thing to her was giving out their figures to the manager or whoever she was talking to on the other phone. Not even hiding the stats/figures. I even know what the store was on at that moment, with regards to their target for the day. Eventually after holding for 45 minutes a guy from the Glen mall sports department answers, when i told him about the product that i wanted. He immediately said they dont have it in stock, which is item no 741424. I told him that the lady said they still have 2 in store and he said he is going to ask someone else and put me on hold for 30 minutes until i hang up.

I still dont have the item due to poor service rendered and i really must say that i am not shocked cause everytime i visit a game store, everyone is busy with their own things. and only notice when they are bored. or their own conversation has ended.

i still want that product at the price that i saw, and i need urgent contact
