Pathetic Service At Game Store Ladysmith

On numerous occasions been to the game store in Ladysmith to purchase, I have notice very poor service and *********** staff from management level coming down ,In-front of my eyes i have witnessed staff playing soccer with an empty cardboard whilst one of the salesman had been helping 3 customers at once, me been the 4th waiting for service in the electronic department.I have been to many game stores around the country but never ever experienced such pathetic and poor service.Secondly, what ever items that i see in the weekly catalogue cannot be purchased at the Ladysmith game store due to not been stocked .As a Consumer i really like to purchase from game as their pricing is very competitive but with service like this its questionable.
