Pathetic service at game store centurion mall
I went and bought my items at game centurion mall the big box astros had been marked 3 for R33 however when i went to the till charmaine the front supervisor came to me and said the astros is incorrect priced and not on special. She refused to give me what it was advertised for because it was incorrectly price. When i had said am going to complaint she said i must go ahead and lay a complaint as she will not give me something for it being incorrectly priced. Am upset as i always support the game brand but as of recent theres numerous issues ive been experiencing.

14 Aug 2024, 09:44This is still not acceptable it was the error of your staff, the promotion is still on however they have put the promotion at the wrong size item. Ive been going to game 3 times in the past 2 weeks and noticed the promotion at the item but did not purchase due to certain reasons however when i did decide to purchase it i was abruptly approached by a manager who acknowledged it was an error of the employee in that department.
