Pathetic service at Game store Acornhoek mall

I went to Acornhoek mall game store to buy phones for my kids as Game loyal customer. I requested assistance from a lady standing next to phones and she referred me to a guy who specialize with phones and she called the gentleman to assist. Apparently he is a manager (Tshifiwa) and I requested him to assist me with contract phones and explain the process to get contract phones, he said I should go take the catalog and look for myself. I said that's rude and I'm referred to you for assistance. I requested his manager and he told me he is the manager whilst walking away from me. I then requested the store Manager (Rabelan) she came and she called him but he didn't show any remorse. I couldn't buy the phones because of the experience I had and decided to walk out of the store. I wonder why Game stores are closing down, because you don't provide one stop service to customer, you don't have customer satisfaction drive ,you don't care about your customers neither how you treat or service them. I have bought many items such as Trojan pursuit 360 machine, 4 bicycles for my kids, swing and smart TV, sound bars as the loyal customer who support your brands. I didn't wake up and visit the store to be frustrated and treated like this, the service is pathetic and the employees are not at the heart of customers. I will never purchase anything from Game store, you're not customer centric but only care about profit. Most special Acornhoek mall game store service is extremely bad.
