pathetic service at Game lenasia

On the 5/08/2017 I purchased a washing machine at Game Lenasia. I was told that they did not have stock of the the whirlpool 16kg top loader however that would get it from another branch not sure which one and that it would be delivered in 10 days . I said that it was fine . As I was about to purchase it , the sales people about 3 of them kept on trying to convince me to buy a samsung machine which was annoying as I kept on having to tell them that i want the whirlpool . it was more expensive than the Samsung , so they probably were getting a special commission or something because they even had to get the manager i think to now come and tell me that the machine would now be delivered in 14 days and once again tried to persiade me into buying a samsung. They were trying their best to get me to buy a Samsung machine . you have to be rude in order for them to flippin get the damn point ! Eventually I get to pay for the machine using my game card , this was my first purchase so i was not sure what needed to be done . The cashier asked me what i wanted to put it on cash or budget , so i said to her that i was not sure , she just put it on straight . I then asked her and she told me , so i requested that she reverse it which was probably too much work for her , so i had to stand and tell her how to do her job and i told her to get her manager as nothing was being done . The manager comes and wants to feed me some bull ... story telling me that they would do the transaction again and that it would cancel itself and that i needed to call in this took almost half an hour , so i said fine what is your name suddenly after i asked her name she then decided to cancel the transaction which took less than 10 minutes . Initially This is what i wanted them to do and they couldn't . the manager kept on making up stories only after i asked for her name was this done . I called them on Monday the 14/08/2017 to get the status of delivery as it was supposed to be delivered in this week and was told that they don't know when I would receive my machine because they now need to get the machine from the warehouse . I spoke to Boitumelo who was rude and promised to phone me back . Today is Wednesday and not 1 call from Game Lenasia . I have already received my statement and my account will be debited at the end of the month . I will be paying for something that no one at Game Lenasia can tell me when i will receive . I would like to cancel this transaction and i will go to another store where I will be treated like a valued customer BECAUSE GAME LENASIA DOES NOT HAVE OR KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT .
