Pathetic service at GAME!!

I ordered a washing machine online the 1st of May. The online promise says delivery is 7 days. The machine was delivered the 24th of May. The machine was delivered just wrapped in plastic and when it was removed the machine were visibly dented and damage. Up until today the 8th of June I still battle to get the machine to be picked up and to be refunded. I wrote numerous e mails and trying to get the issued sorted but without any response. I am really so desperate. This is the most pathetic service. You cannot complain about service because there ai t any. I think there is actually more life in a grave yard than at this customer service department.
