Pathetic Service at Game

Submitted a Extended Warranty claim for a TV repair. First contact the consultant promised a turnaround time of 48hrs This did not materialise. Second interaction was via the Email platform to thier service department to which i received a response with promises of prompt services. Needless to say it is now 5 days later and no communication at all. So now I have a total of 11days since I submitted my initial request.

This is pathetic.
