Pathetic service and no sense if business ethics

Firstly, losing your receipt when buying on credit can be fixed by the administrator as they can do a reprint. This was not the issue here as the customer service adviser insisted that the product that I bought was older than 2 days old. After having spent a load of cash at Game Gateway, why would I try to rob them of a measly '129.00 rand SHOWER HOSE'. The service adviser also insinuated that I brought an old product and tried to replace it with a new one as he said "this shower hose is not 2 days old".

We live in a country where the law was supposed to protect its consumers from stores like Game Gateway.

I ended up leaving the faulty shower hose at Game Gateway. I do intend on settling this RCS account and never buy from this group again.
