Pathetic service and managers don't keep to their promises

I logged a complaint with Game sometime last week regarding lack of feedback from one of the employees by the name of Ntsoaki. On Saturday I received a call from a lady by the name of Phindi to help assist with my query, she promised she was handling my complaint and that I would receive feedback going forward. She promised to call me back on Sunday to confirm the date when the microwave was bought but that never happened. As I log this complaint now she calls me to ask for a date, no apology non whatsoever and when I tell her I waited for her call yesterday and she has a nerve to tell me that she was the only one on duty yesterday hence she couldn't call me. For me that excuse is very lame and unprofessional, I don't need to know how *********** a big store such as Game is run by one person on a weekend. She was very rude and unapologetic as when I was explaining to her as to how disappointed I was she asked for a date and said it's not like she called me a week later which I felt like she's making sound like she's doing me a favor. I must say, you are running a big circus there. The left hand has no idea what the right +hand is doing.
