Pathetic service and incorrect billing

Pathetic and rude service. We took the kids to go buy them toys which was supposed to be a fun shopping session that turned into the worst shopping experience with attitude and extremely poor service we got from the 2 ladies servicing the tills. Jeanette telling the lady at the till never I'm lying. When I showed her the info that was given she doesn't apologize just say to me the racks is outdated and walk away refusing to give me her name at first. As a customer I will never recommend game Key West to anyone just based on pathetic service and I had to pay way more than prices that's on racks. Will definitely escalate this and someone like Jeanette never needs to work with customers.
