PATHETIC SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. ORDER NOT RECEIVED AFTER A MONTH😡😡😡🙏🙏

We bought a lawn mower and wheat eater on the 25th November. Accidentally the shop was worngfully entered. I couldnt pick up my order because of that, which I do understand, but then 3 weeks later i tried calling them, waiting 15min a shot on the line, everyone tells me they are escalating the querry, but nothing is being done. Its now a month, I still have nothing, I cant mow the lawn nothing and the response and feedback feo. GAME STORE is a 0 on a contract. Pathetic service and I want my money back
