Pathetic Service
I bought 2 Generators at Game. One on the 17th October, the other one on the 2nd November 2019. Before February they were already dead. I managed to take them back to their respective stores on the 24th of March. I wrote an an email to them on the 1st of July to enquire about the repair process and later that day that I received a call from game saying my generators are ready. I went to collect it, but its not starting still. Apparently they cannot not test them for me to confirm that they are fixed. Unfortunately I cannot drive more 60 Kms to and from the shop to get a generator only to drive back when its not fixed.

09 Jul 2020, 15:16I received a call from Mthatha Plaza, NONE at Circus Triangle, telling me that they are not testing Generators, even smaller machines. I will go fetch them, and if they are not working, PLEASE, WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK? This kind of service is not at all up to standard.
