Pathetic Service.

I spent almost an hour at Game Glen trying to buy a new Washing machine. Apparently the employees were not fami**** with the new system.

They the advised me that is was quicker for me to go to the Distribution center to collect my own item otherwise l would have to wait a couple of day for delivery.

Today, l am here at the Distribution Center in Germiston, there is a sign written "waiting time 45-60mins for all collection due to new system.

This for me, is pathetic, lack of respect for your customers. You cannot implement a new system at the expense of clients' time.

In the age of Coronavirus and winter, noone wants to be in the cold open as though we are waiting for government Grants.

When you look inside the warehouse, the employees are just relaxed, not bothered about the painful experience we are having outside.

My opinion, do not go live on a system unless your employees are ready and able to use it, would have been wise to roll it out bit by bit to avoid this nonsense.
