Pathetic Service

On Saturday my husband and i went in to purchase a tv. We saw a Hi Sense tv that was R12,999 at Game Liberty mall PMB we decided to go home and decide then go back before the special ended. While at home my husband checked take alot and they had the exact same tv for R9,999. We then decided to contact Game as I know they have a policy of price beat and a further 10%off the difference. After 20mins plus if calling and calling and being transferred over ten times to managers and electrical and almost 100 in airtime the call gets answered by a person by the name of Rohan who says he happened to walk by and answer the phone, I then explained the situation he said they are doing price beat with takealot and while liasing with someone there he then said ok he has checked takealot and it is verified and we can come in mind you this is the second trip we make all the way back to the mall an hour later after they check tv licence etc send us to the till the tv scans at R9,999. they now tell us we do not qualify for the 10percent off as i the tv was the same price as takealot. After him veryfing on the phone that the tv was 12,999 and the tv marked at 12,999 .Admin manager named Serro called to tell me the same nonsense story and arrogant as ever. When i asked her why should i give Game the sale they have wasted a trip my call of mine when I could've ordered the tv from takealot in the comfort of my own home and have it delivered to me she says to me she can't force me to buy the tv there arrogant as ever. Is this the service we get from Game why because there is only one Game in PMB and no Makro so you are arrogant and treat customers like dirt because they can take it or leave it. She also had a cheek to hold up her name badge and turn her head the other way to take her name did not tell me her name she's holding her badge. Game your service is pathetic and you will lose many customers this way by ripping people off
