Pathetic Service

I bought a 4 plate stove at Game online, gave them my home address but they insisted on delivering the item at my work address. After agreeing to deliver it at my home address, on the day they were suppose to deliver they told me they don't do deliveries in my areas. I then asked If I can rather collect the stove at my nearest Game store which is Promenade Mall and they said they'd arrange that for me. It is now almost 2 weeks I still don't have my stove, every time I call them they say there's a problem at their warehouse and they aren't able to deliver the stove at the store. Their service is so pathetic and every time they say they're gonna call but it's me who's been calling them all this time.
