PATHETIC SERVICE

Game Pavillion, absolute pathetic service. Bought a washing machine from Ali Arafat on Saturday, 28 June 2025. Was promised delivery today, Sunday 29 June 2025, between 12H00 and 16H00. I asked them to phone me when at the gate as the intercom doesn't work. I wasted my whole Sunday afternoon at home waiting for a delivery that never arrived. I'm posting this at 17H33. Still no delivery. I didn't even receive a message informing me of a delay. Wonder how you will honor your warranty if you can't even honor your promised delivery.
