Pathetic service

It's been over a month since I took a faulty Hisence sound bar to game and a technician has indeed confirmed it's faulty but we can't seem to get a replacement or refy6from game stores.. We have been to the store 3 times for follow up with no luck. The stuff is unprofessional and rude
