Pathetic service
I have never been to a store that has such pathetic service as game stores. This is not even a store in specific this is game stores on a whole. I will never buy from them again and I will encourage everyone I know not to buy from them. If I could give them a negative star I would

29 Sept 2020, 17:29So once again I have been **** to by the staff of Game as I asked the sales lady more than 5 times will my Fridge be delivered todayand everytime she said yes don'tworry you will have your fridge today. It is 17:20 and I still don't have fridge and I didn't even get a call to say anything, I have to sit like an idiot waiting for something again that was promised to me by Game staff but hasn't arrived. I also wasn't able to get the things done I had planned on getting done today because I spent close to 2 hrs in Game due to there lack luster sense of urgency. Now I have to explain to my child again why I can't cook her the food that she wants and I have to spend money again on take aways. The service of the Game staff is atrocious
