pathetic service

Yesterday I went to Game liberty mall and the service was terrible. I was inconvenienced. I requested to speak to a manger and took over 10minutes, I left and went to customer services and asked for the store manager and he was not available. No manager to assist. Store assistant was rude and had a bad attitude and was not helpful not knowing about the the different products.
