Pathetic Service
Such appalling service !!! I'm sitting with your brand new recently delivered machine for now 3 weeks , and it is NOT WORKING PROPERLY!!!! TO A POINT WHERE I CAN'T EVEN USE IT TO DO LAUNDRY! It's winter season number 1 , no one wants to be hand washing while I paid soo much , number two your online staff is about as useless as they come. After calling and emailing several times no one has gotten back to me , the online service staff member I spoke to last time was Mariam who provided me a reference number and never got back to me. I went to their store in N1 City with my proof of purchase where I was told " sorry MA'M we deal with online orders, you're not the first to complain about this " So in a nutshell I'm told I'm *****ed , my 6K is gone and I'm sitting with a s**** for a machine ... UNACCAPTABLE ! Also I was told they don't have a complaints management number nor a technician number that I can be provided with , world class service right there ! At this point I just want my refund so I can go buy a machine elsewhere
However based on the call , I was under the impression that I'd be called back yesterday after check my reference number , it is now over 24 hours , and I have not heard anything apart from an apology.
What's the ETA ? Can't seem to go through to the contact number provided .
