Pathetic service

Purchased a TV last night on my mobicred account and the purchase went through and 5k was deducted from my account! The tv licensed details was also provided and validated on the online order. Today i received an email stated my order was cancelled as the tv license was not validated which is not true coz the system wont allow you to even place an order with no tv license and why did you deduct the money from my account then!! Today i called and was told the refund will take 3-5 working days! How pathetic! Now i cannot even do a replacement order coz i have to wait for the refund! Your service is pathetic
