Pathetic service

Pathetic service im utterly disgusted. I came here 1 week ago to price the item i wanted to purchase i was told how great the one brand is compared to the other and the discount i will receive blah blah blah. Today i come to purchase 3 items fridge and top loader the onea that were recommended and im only then told they out of stock and i have two options to pay delivery fee or wait 3 weeks. WHY DIDNT ANYONE BOTHER TO TELL ME HERE IS NO STOC****!!!!!!!????? I came with transport to take my cash purchases home. Above that the guy who works in the appliance section his more upset than me because he feels his entitled im the customer. Lack of good customer service in the first place and poor communication s****s. FYI we are told the head office has this process and nobody can change that.... **** process forcing customers to use there delivery service or wait forever for paid goods.
