Pathetic service

I bought pots on the Game online website and what was delivered was totally different, same day of delivery I called them and advised of the issue. I was asked to send pictures of what I ordered VS what I received, and I did that on the 28th of Oct, till today I am still struggling for them to fetch the incorrect pots and give me the correct pots. It is story after story. Today I was asked to send pictures again, I am tired of the back and forth and the lies. I want my money back or else I will go to a store with these pots and they will be forced to take them back and give me my money.
