Pathetic Service
I bought a generator at Game a month ago 20-09-2019, we used the generator once and now it doesn't work. We took it back to Game for a refund and they said they cannot give back our money or resell the generator as they will lose out. SOLOMON THE MANAGER DiD NOT WANT TO GO THE EXTRA MILE!!! I want my money back. To my understanding there is 2 year manufacture warranty so why was it not even sent back to the manufacturer. I just want my money back since GAME SOUTHGATE CANNOT DO ANYTHING

15 Nov 2019, 16:13Abo Game Southgate got some nerve to call me & say I must pay for repairs after I told Ursula it's not my fault the generator is not working since their sales person sold me a generator not meant for my needs. The store needs to take responsibility and give back my money. How can you be a manager & not make a call? I want my money GAME SOUTHGATE I DO NOT WANT THE GENERATOR REPAIRED AS DISCUSSED WITH URSULA!!!!!
