Pathetic service

On the 11th March 2020 We took our TV to Game Jabulani Mall we wanted to return it as my Hubby was told that we could bring it back.. Instead we were told that it was going to be repaired fair enough.. Then Unfortunately there was a lock down.. My issue is 4 months later we are still without Our TV when we call we get different stories today My husband spoke to a lady who works at Custoner care she just told him to waot for the sms no emphathy towards Us not having a TV she was shouting that there's nothing she can do and we are not the only ones without TV.. I regret spending so much money there.. They have no respect for their customers.. They are rude and don't give a **** about your frastrations as a customer.. So i guess even if it takes a year to fix our Tv we just have to wait for them to call Us..
