Pathetic Service

Jeffreys Bay GAME have never got stock (as weekly advertised ) - always excuses and pathetic service. Most items on promotion are never available in their store and good luck with non existent Customer Service.

Customer Service Lady saw me standing waiting for more than 10 min- did not care at all that the person she went to call to assist, never pitched :-( (Believe me, I am not the only one complaining in Jeffreys Bay. Met an elderly lady outside that had the same experience) WHY SHOULD WE SUPPORT YOU ????????? Everything is forever on back order (specials) and then you do not hear from them again.
