PATHETIC SERVICE

Hi I bought a Defy stove from game Cradlestone it was a special at Game on Black Friday up until today I have not received the axtractor fan the set come with phones the branch,the manager is always out on lunch outside no one can assist me or my husband,contact them via Facebook this is really pathetic service I have received so far.
