Pathetic service

Purchased couch online on 10 Jan 2021 item was delivered end of Jan. The order was for a brown sleeper couch a black leather on was delivered I didn't wanna go through the pain if querying n returning n waiting for another month for item to be delivered. On 19 Feb 2021 couch the couch spring broke through the couch I emailed the support center on 20 Feb response was received they are looking into query I emailed twice in week for any feedback response received on last email they are investigating.no feedback on progress no idea on how to deal with the broken item no customer service,just will investigate n get back soon now 8 days later no response. Pathetic service
