PATHETIC SERVICE

I called the customer care line today and request the operator to call me but I did not receive call. For aperson to work at customer and provide such service that they will call back and don't, should not be working with customers as they do not have customer ethics. Is Game serious about customer service. I was given a call back and it is a mission when to purchase the item that was requested. Firstly inconvenience for nos stocks that is advertised secondly when one goes to store the mangers do not know what is happening and is a delay. I left and went another day simi**** story. Game is pathetic with service.
