Pathetic service

I bought a fridge at game on the 29/04/2019 for R3799 and it was delivered on the 04/05/2019 . They deliver a fridge that is not in good condition, the water despenser has a water leakage. I called them on ********** sevaral time they said they will get back to me till to day no response from them. I called again on Monday and ask for a reference number the guy that I spoke with he said there is no reference number. Kindly assist m, I dont know what do do, I so dissappointed with game.
