Pathetic Service

I have not received feedback and this going for 2 weeks. I wouldnt have bought the washing machine if I didnt need it. Do you guys actually consider your customer's feelings ? . I must struggle go to the store every second day, and still lodge a complaint on twitter but there is no action taken for my complaint. I understand I am not an important customer , but to me the money I spent at your store that day is value bcoz my total purchase was close to R10k in that day only.
