Pathetic service

I went to Game, west street in Durban to buy coffee, I was told that I will get the coffee when I get at the tills, because the coffee is regarded as high risk, I understood that. When I got to the tills there was no coffee for me to pay for, the cashier told the supervisor on duty (Thandeka Ndlela) who then ignored the cashier, the cashier asked me to wait while she continue to help the next customer, that was okay, the cashier kept reminding Thandeka Ndlela about me, she kept on doing her own things, I waited for 20 min to get the coffee, when Thandeka Ndlela finally decided to go get the coffee for me, and yes the coffee was on special and that's the only reason I went to Game to buy it. I've never experienced such terrible service (16/03/19).
