Pathetic Service

Game Store in Vryburg Durban is pathetic.

I called in to get a quote on a appliance as I wanted to buy something urgently. I was told that the person who can assist with prices is on lunch. I further asked if there was no one in the store besides the person on lunch who can assist a potential customer and was told no.

I then asked to speak to the manager and the switchboard operator had the audacity to tell me the manager was unavailable. How does a store operate with no manager and an assistant to assist clients/ customers. Your service is rotten to the core and I am going to make sure you get disciplined. Such nonsense.
