Pathetic service

App**** for a game part. After struggling for 2 days we finally were approved. As we work in a call centre Monday to Saturday we can only collect the card on a Saturday afternoon. After driving 20km into town we wait half an hour for the front desk lady as she went was on lunch for a 3rd time that day. 30minutes pass and eventually a sales man got a hold of her. She arrives only to tell us and 2 other couples that they are offline and we need to come back in an hours time. We called after an hour only to be told they are still offline and we need to return the next day. The manager also could not answer anyone. So tomorrow it will officially be 80km only to receive the card. Why would we even want to continue service with game if we encountered so many problems within a time period of 7days? I hope they don't expect us to pay delivery when we eventually do come right. Well done guys
