Pathetic service

Had a problem with my oven which were eventually fixed BUT after the guy left found that he had broken 3 of the buttons used to set the clock / timer on the oven. Have been phoning the Helpdesk numerous times but they just transfer you without even speaking to you. After then holding on for ever you get to listen to music and then the process starts all over again. Seems that not only is the Helpdesk not interested in helping but the guys fixing problems creates more problems that you now have to deal with.
