Pathetic service

I have filed a claim to have my device repaired on the 10/07/2017 today on the 27/09/2017, my device has not been collected and repaired. i have to call the contact centre every week begging for my device to be collected, The service consultance are not helpfull nor i they sympathetic to my misfortune. Ever week i am sent from pillar to post with no clear indication on when i will get help.

I have never ever had to deal with such incompetence in my life. and i have sent emails requesting assistance and to date nothing. No matter how humble or how much you scream these people could not be bothered.

I have called in numerous times and i get the same promise my device would be collected by the end of the week. 12 fridays later NO ASSISTANCE RECEIVED
