pathetic service

took an insurance for my laptop with game , now I submitted a claim and was told to pay the access fee which I did and they confirmed my payment ,what is worse is that they told me I must add another amount as they do not have a laptop with the same amount for my insurance which I did pay ,still now am waiting for them its been a 2 weeks what a pathetic service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
