PATHETIC SERVICE

Pathetic service! Absolutely astounded with how unprofessional and ********* Game has been! We ordered from them online on the 19th of April 2020 and to date haven't even recieved half of our order. We try calling and they take over 15inutes to answer, then when they do they say oh so sorry we will give you feedback as soon as we have any. We have emailed in numerous times and called in at least 20 times of which probably 6 calls were actually answers. But this is now becoming pathetic! I will never support Game again! I know this lockdown effects things but then either do t bite off more than you can chew of give people proper feedback! Either way I can understand waiting 10 working days giving them 2 weeks to worth this out but now I'm ****ed off and I want a refund on my orderso I can support someone else!
