PATHETIC SERVICE

I made an online purchase at Game on the 10th, May 2023. 1 of the items I purchased was out of stock, order no ***. Upon requesteing my refund the next day the consultant told me they are aware that the item will not be delivered but was promised refund once goods are delivered ref ***. I waite3 days no refund, I queried again via whatsapp got a call was told it take 14 working days, today is the 16th working day 1 June 2023, and contravenes with online terms and conditions. send another query ref *** spoke to Thandiswe, was today told the payment failed will take another 4- 5 working days. GAME PLEASE IF YOU CANT DELIVER CLOSE YOUR ONLINE STORE, PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!!
