pathetic service

What terrible service! <br> Went to apply for a cell phone contract for a tablet after waiting for about 15 minutes to be seen to i was told to come back in 20 minutes and all details will be finalized on my return. i came back 30 min later as i was shopping in the mall on my return i had to wait a further 10 minutes to be served as the lady on duty was busy with another customer. It then took a further hour to hour and a half to try and get the contract sorted out and to see if they had stock available. after much waiting i had to leave as i had my elderly parents were waiting all this time. I was told they would sort out the problem as it was a new system that they were working on. I got the call today only to be told they cant help me take the contract because the tablet i wanted was a faulty batch! how is this possible? surely i was not the first person to take out this contract? Time and money wasted all for nothing only to be disappointed. Terrible service only one staff on duty.
