Pathetic service
<p>I have reported my damaged cell phone to game & Finrite about 4-5 months ago without any response. I called again this Monday and they promised to send an email regarding my claim. their call center agents are rude and unprofessional, Finrite is as pathetic as well. My claim number is GMCML38829.</p>
