Pathetic serv ice from GAme Mall @ CArnival

Pathetic Service from GAme Stores MAll @ Carnival. I returned a non functional, the printer was purchased on teh 21st September 2020. I was then told by the asisstant that I need to wait 21 days for them, to assess and see what i sarong with the Printer!!!!!

The CPA says that an imp**** warranty means that if an equipment does not fit the purpose that it was intended for then we have a period of 6 months to return it and get it replaced, I spoke to a Bheki Mabanaga who says that the company policy supersedes teh law!!!

YA Right Bheki.. Th ecompany that you work for are doing Illegeal things.. I want a replacement printer.. I cannot wait 21 days!!!!

You sort out the mess with your supplier , why must the suctomer suffer with inferior products sold by your store. I did not buy it from Canon but i bought ot from Your Store
