PATHETIC PRODUCTS S3mini , J5 and another J5 Game West Gate

<p>To whom this may concern at SAMUNG please do not sell any products to the public any more as this is one of the worst experiences of my life time!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini 2 years ago, @ CellC South Africa and if I could remember correctly it crashed exactly 2 years later to the second. It is almost as if it was designed to crash within 2 years!!!! So I decided to go and purchase a new Samsung after all it has been 2 years. Well this Samsung was designed to crash within 24 hours and who might be the lucky winner be this time the SAMSUNG J5 purchased @ Game West GATE!!! So, what did they do? Give me a new phone and can you guess what happened next? Crashed again!!! Stuck in boot mode all of them after doing normal updated as suggested by the phone not sure if the software developers and the sales reps are in the same office but you are certainly hitting your mark on selling a broken product!!!!! Samsung please refund me with a better model this is what I want after all I have already gone through the trouble of trying to fix your mess!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have all the phones to show you what have happened!!! None of your consultants @ your Samsung stores could help me why do you have them?
