Pathetic payment systems and ******* of clients

Your payment systems are absolutely terrible, every month I have issues with paying via the GAME RCS app. I can make a payment today and it literally takes a week to reflect. This month is even worse. I paid via the SMS I received to make payment through OZOW, payment was made the 27th August 2026 via Capitec Pay, keep in mind this is an immediate payment solution Capitec offers, however today on the 31st August 2026 I receive an SMS stating I have not yet made payment to my account. This is daylight ******* as you are charging additional interest due to my payment not being updated on your side even though an immediate payment has been made.

DO NOT for 1 second think that the whole of South Africa is sleeping, we are aware of your tactics and *******.

Get your payment systems and services sorted out as this has been ongoing for this entire year
