PATHETIC PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE RENDERED-GAME IS A BIG TIME ******* TRUTH BE TOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a TERRIBLE HORRIBLE experience ive had at Game online! Service is just PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC! i ordered 2items online on the 26&27 November and recieved an email 2days later that my items have been dispatched are on their way but 3weeks later and more than 10days according to their promise both the items are still not here like really! Called in on the 10th asked BANDILE to cancel the Tablet order because i will go instore to get one because my son was leaving for holiday, mind you still the iron that was supposed to be delivered on the 10/12/21 is still not here. Called in today which is the 13/12/2021 to check on my refund to my suprise BANDILE DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER NOR REQUESTED FOR A REFUND!!!!! Spoke to GERRIT who assured me that he will handle the matter and call me back which he also closed my query and did absolutely NOTHIIIIIING! Called again for the 4th time spoke to Sandiso who advised me that he needs to re-open the query in order for me to get my refund so i am now sitting here super frustrated that will i ever get back my hard earned money from the ********** store called GAME?????????? dO NOT EVER PRCHASE ANYTHING FROM GAME ONLINE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS......iron which was supposed to be delivered today is still not here also i am soooooooooo frustrated and ****ed off at the pathetic service i am getting at GAME!!!! it must just close down because this is not the way of servicing customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
