Pathetic online system

I see this is a common experience. Bought something online. Website said they had stock. Payment went through, purchase confirmed, I was told to expect delivery. Two days later, I get a notification that "refund processed". I never initiated a refund. So I phone and they say they are out of stock. Clearly the computer system that they have is totally useless since it said there was stock. Unless of course a staff member has ****** the product and therefore the system is inaccurate. But yes, I wont be doing any further online purchases at Game since it is totally unreliable. I could have bought the product elsewhere and now I sitting waiting for a slow clunky refund. This would never happen at Takealot.
