Pathetic online service

On 20th of April I ordered a printer, I am a level 5 essential services provider and I was assured it would be delivered with 5 working days, and it was already an essential stationary item. 3 days ago I tried to follow up with Game through phone, emails and Facebook, only finally getting a response by phone today to be told they don't know why it hasn't been delivered, don't know if they have it in stock and the supervisor was too busy to speak to me. This is a complete disgrace.
