Pathetic online service delivery amd feedback

I ordered two dumbells online and delivery time was 3 to 5 days. I am still waiting for my product. So I decided to read the online reviews and I was horrified at the service delivery of Game. So many people are struggling with the same issue. I've tried to contact customer support via email and facebook with no success. If only I checked the reviews before placing my order. I've had issues with Telkom before but this has to be the worst service delivery I ever encountered in my life. Game never again....
