Pathetic online service

A big brand like game... Pathetic service clueless and unprofessional call centre agents in my years of buying on online this is by far the worst.. And it's sooo pathetic and annoying bought a fridge on the 27 till this day got no fridge the one that was delivered on the 08 had a huge dent didn't want to accept it... Called Yolanda on their customer care number and she told m was supposed to take pictures and send them I ask to who? Was that ever communicated with me as a client nooo promised to investigate never called back, nonie same thing Pamela same thing the only person who gave me a reference was chuma... Stillwhen I call they don't know how far is my fridge and where.... Honestly your service is pathetic such a big company with poor communications... All I need now is my money back and keep your fridge
